Tulip season

I’ve always lived in places with too many deer, too many rabbits, or no suitable patch of earth for growing tulips. So be patient while I geek out over these, which are my first ever.

  1. That’s why I always plant daffodils – deer won’t touch them. I do have some sprouting up, but we just got another six inches of snow – however they will survive. I know the last snow of the season because it comes after my daffs are in bloom!! I love your tulips though, just wish I could plant them.

  2. They’re beautiful! Ours are just starting to come up above the ground. Winter and spring have been too cold and wet so far.
